Demo Microsoft

Microsoft's next operating system (OS) will come with multi-touch features as an alternative to the mouse.

Sebagai persiapan diterbitkannya varian Microsoft Windows yang terbaru "Windows 7". System Operasi Microsoft Windows 7 datang dengan fitur "Multi-Touch" dengan penggunaan Mouse yang hampir tidak perlu.

Banyak sambutan yang hangat Untuk OS baru ini dibandingkan VISTA OS yang direlease tahun lalu.

Tahun 2010 merupakan target peluncuran Sistem canggih ini, dengan fitur barunya para pengguna dapat melakukan pembesaran (zooming) atau pengecilan (shrink) ukuran foto, mencari rute pada map, mengedit gambar sampai bermain piano tanpa mouse.

"The way you interact with the system will change dramatically," kata Bill gates

Para pengamat Industry mengatakan Microsoft berharap bahwa Windows 7 dapat merubah bagaimana manusia bertingkah laku dengan PC dimasa depan.

"Touch is quickly becoming a common way of interacting with software and devices," disebutkan oleh Windows product manager Chris Flores disebuah postingan blog.

Touch-enabled surfaces dapat diimplementasikan pada banyak alat, seperti : Laptop, Cellphones, Remote controls, GPS dan lainnya.

Ketika dipertanyakan siapakah yang akan lebih dahulu mengimplementasikan Apple atau Microsoft, Mr. Ballmer mengatakan "belum banyak isu yang berkembang. Kami menjual 290 juta PC dan Apple menjual 10 juta PC. Mereka sangat hebat, sama seperti kami dan partner kami. Tetapi ini pekerjaan lain. Mr. Steve (Jobs, Apple Chief Executive) dapat dengan mudah membalikan telapak tangannya dan menjual beberapa model dan saya tetap tidak mau ketinggalan dariNya".

Sementara focus pemerhati pada Konferensi D6 tertuju kepada Windows 7 dan komentar tentang Yahoo!, Ada juga yang menyinggung tentang Mr. Bill Gates mengingat masa nya yang akan hampir berakhir pada 1 July ini.

Mr. Gates, yang sebentar lagi akan pensiun mengatakan ia akan tetap berada di Office di Redmond dan menghabiskan waktu untuk menulis, memikirkan dan bekerja dalam beberapa proyek kecil termasuk generasi Microsoft Office berikutnya.

"I'm very involved in search, the internal development," he said. "We will build the world's best search."

Mempercantik Website/Blog dengan Web 2.0 Style

Sejak maraknya website berbasis WEB 2.0, para designer web mulai berlomba untuk mendesign tampilan yang lebih cantik dan apik. Namun apa yang sebenarnya menjadi ciri khas dari Web 2.0? jawabannya adalah "Reflection Effect".

Efek refleksi suatu benda, atau efek bayangan benda terhadap cermin nampaknya menjadi ujung tombak gaya baru dari Web 2.0, Jika diperhatikan, hampir diseluruh website yang telah mengimplementasikan WEB 2.0 memiliki gambar atau icon bahkan logo yang terefleksi.

Sulitkah membuat gambar berefleksi ?

Mungkin bagi mereka yang mengerti dan sering bergelut dengan design tidaklah sulit mengimplementasikan karya mereka. Namun bagai mana untuk kita yang sama sekali tidak mengerti Design ??? Oups... tenang dulu, masih banyak orang di dunia ini yang berbaik hati membantu kita. Dari pencarian saya, ditemukan beberapa website yang menyediakan jasa pengubah gambar biasa menjadi gambar web 2.0. diantaranya :

Yang pertama WET FLOOR MAKER dimana memiliki beberapa opsi pengaturan seperti sudut, camera, brightness, reflectivity dan banyak lagi. Penggunaannya juga nggak susah. cukup upload file gambar kamu dan klik generate. Waw...la..!! kamu dapet gambar yang berefek wet floor atau mirror. Ini contoh dari saya :

Kedua adalah IMAGE REFLECTION GENERATOR, namun tidak seperti WET FLOOR MAKER pilihan opsi lebih sedikit namun hasi akhir tetap terlihat apik dan profesional.

The Extended Dynamic Range.

This the one of upgrade technology The Extended Dynamic Rangefor limitation of natural light. More Widely & Dynamic Range of Exposure for Shooting. This camera prevents over exposure and under exposure, regardless of whether the subject is a landscape or a portrait. Take the beautiful photos you desire, from shots with clear modulation to those deep, fine photos. This is a function that nature photographers, who really need tonal expression more than anybody, simply cannot afford to miss.

Film Simulation Mode, Bracketing Function

To respond to this need, the FinePix S100FS provides continuous shooting of 3 frames/second at the full 11.1 megapixels. 14 Scene Settings and Custom Settings

There is a choice of 14 different scene settings (SP1, SP2) optimized foreach subject type. You can store your own photograph settings for film simulation, Dynamic Range, etc., you want for nature photos in the custom modes (C1, C2). You can quickly select the settings at any time.
